Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your email boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the email box you want to forward messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
